As not only a licensed agent in Kansas and Missouri, but a top producing agent, I have created many methods to streamline and work my transactions and I would love to help you do the same. From contract to close, I will help with all the details down to a hand written Thank You note to your client.
Welcome Email
Starting with receiving all of the contract documents and getting your file organized in Dotloop or Docusign, I will kick off each deal with an Opening Email. Said client will be placed on the Agent's Trello board to keep any updates available to you at any moment. I even have the option of requesting me to get an emergency offer written and submitted for you when you are away from your computer.
Working the Deal
When documents arise that need signatures or inspections need to be scheduled, I am right here to help you get things done in a timely and efficient manner. Communicating and working hand in hand with lenders, title companies, and advocating for you and your client in every step.
Closing
Getting Closing Scheduled is definitely an exciting final step! I will get your client on the schedule to sign, make sure all finalized docs are complete and file is clean so you get paid on time. After closing, a week or two after closing, your client will receive a hand written, personalized thank you card from you!
